Kirsten Judkins Design is not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address or lost via USPS. In the event of this happening, the customer can contact USPS and request a refund or more information on their package. A link to file a claim is on the FAQ & Policy page.

Kirsten Judkins Design will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and I cannot recover the package. Kirsten Judkins Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns are not accepted but if there is a defect or issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
