HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are shipped between 3-6 business days via USPS, unless otherwise noted on the product’s description or through socials.

ARE YOUR PINS HARD OR SOFT ENAMEL?

All pins and keychains are made of hard enamel (unless specified otherwise in the description). Hard enamel means there are no ridges and the pin is a completely flat and smooth surface.

WHAT KIND OF BACKING DO YOUR PINS HAVE?

All pins (unless specified otherwise in the description) have a rubber backing, making all the pins more comfortable and won’t snag on clothing!

WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?

All chains and charms are gold plated and won’t tarnish when properly cared for. Make sure to avoid wearing your necklace in the shower or the pool and to keep it in tip-top shape, wipe down with a microfiber cloth after wearing to keep it shiny and remove surface dirt or oils from skin.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Returns are not accepted but if there is a defect or issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

WHAT IF MY ITEMS WERE LOST OR STOLEN?

Kirsten Judkins Design is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen items. If your tracking number shows your package as "delivered" and you believe it to be lost or stolen, you can file a claim with USPS Here.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Kirsten Judkins Design is not responsible for packaging that was damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged package, take a look inside to see if any of your items were damaged. If they were, you can file a claim with USPS Here.
